Shawn Bennett has over 20 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at JPMorgan Chase, where they led a team of 9 IT professionals and successfully implemented a dual data center infrastructure with approximately 600 servers. Shawn also conducted bi-annual disaster recovery tests, ensuring the recovery of 100% of required systems within designated timeframes. Since 2008, they have been the Director of IT Support at The University of Kansas Health System, where they oversee a team of 72 individuals and is responsible for all aspects of IT support, including hardware and software procurement, desktop engineering, and end user architecture. Shawn also leads initiatives to enhance the end user experience utilizing SCCM, App-V, and Citrix technologies.

Shawn Bennett has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Shawn also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, also from Western Governors University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including CompTIA Project+, MCSE - Windows 2000, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundations v3, and MCSA - Windows 7.
