Deidre Sandvick

Deidre Sandvick currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Development at The University of New Mexico Foundation, Inc., a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Deidre Sandvick was with the University of Oregon from May 2016 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing fundraising for various academic programs and leading efforts that raised $3.2 billion to support university initiatives. Earlier in the career, Deidre Sandvick held the position of Development Associate at San Diego Opera from January 1998 to January 2006, progressing from managing mid-level gifts to major donor relations. An internship in the Japanese and Korean Art Department at Christie's Auction House was completed in January 1993. Deidre Sandvick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
