Prior to their current role, Grant worked at Dion's from 2010 to 2021. Grant Condon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of New Mexico, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2017, they attended the Disney institute and completed a program on Approaches to Quality Service, specifically focusing on Customer Experience.
