Alexis Goins

Alexis Goins, MBA, currently serves as a Career Advisor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke since May 2025. Previously, Alexis was a Teacher at Richmond County Schools from September 2022 to May 2025, recognized as the 2023 Beginning Teacher of the Year at Richmond County Ninth Grade Academy. Additional experience includes roles as a Financial Services Representative at SECU, a Sales Consultant at Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer, and an Office Manager at the Arts Council of Scotland County. Early career roles include hostess positions at Captain Larry's and The Main Table. Alexis holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, obtained in June 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same institution, completed in May 2022. The educational journey began with a High School Diploma from Scotland High School in 2018.
