Daniel Koiam

Daniel Koiam is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Committee Member on the Finance, Budget and Investment Committee at The University of Papua New Guinea since October 2023. As the Group Managing Director and CEO of Logohu Financial Group since January 2021, Daniel provides a range of financial services, including trustee services, investment management, and corporate finance advisory, while overseeing the governance of the PNG Social Impact Fund, which Daniel co-founded to support high-growth, socially responsible SMEs in Papua New Guinea. With a background as a Corporate Finance Partner at Gore Consulting and previous roles including Chief Investment Officer at Frontier Equities Limited and Financial Consultant for the Mount Hagen City Redevelopment Project, Daniel has a solid foundation in finance and investments. Daniel's educational credentials include advanced degrees from the Corporate Finance Institute and the University of Newcastle, complemented by a Bachelor of Economics with Honors and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Papua New Guinea.
