Angela Lawton

Angela Lawton serves as the Associate Director of Finance Systems, Strategy and Data Governance at The University of Queensland since 2004. In this role, Angela leads the implementation of Shorter Form Credentials (microcredentials), focusing on systems integration, policy development, and strategic direction. Angela has also held positions as Project Manager for various school management projects and served as Lead Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner overseeing a Casual Academic Hire and Payment system. Prior experience includes roles at the Environmental Protection Agency and Agracetus. Angela Lawton holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland and a BA in Biology and Music Education from Lawrence University.
