Carl Burton

Carl Burton is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at The University of Queensland since May 2014, Carl has previously held positions including PSNMC Network Specialist at Queensland Police Service and Network Engineer at Optus. Carl's career began at Todaytech Distribution and Moebius Systems as a Computer Systems Engineer. Significant contributions have been made in developing and designing local area networks, WiFi networks, and voice/video infrastructure services during a tenure at the Department of Education & Training, QLD, where Carl also held leadership responsibilities. Education was completed at The Gap State High School.
