With over 20 years of experience, Stefan also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Queensland's School of Chemical Engineering and holds editorial roles with Wiley-Blackwell and Elsevier’s Journal of Texture Studies and Biotribology, respectively. Previous positions include Chief Science Officer at Aqua Cultured Foods, Head of Food Science & Technology at Bühler Group, and Senior Director for Food Science at Motif FoodWorks, along with a notable tenure as R&D Fellow at PepsiCo.
