Ben Short

Ben Short serves as the Head of Partnerships and Global Opportunities in Global Engagement at The University of Sheffield, focusing on maximizing strategic opportunities and enhancing collaboration with industry, academia, and alumni in line with the Faculty Internationalisation Strategy. Previously, Ben held various positions in talent resourcing at Tata Steel Europe, where responsibilities included leading recruitment processes and managing social media attraction campaigns. Earlier career experience includes roles at Arcadia Group and teaching English in an international context. Ben Short is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lancaster University, building on a strong educational background that includes multiple advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Psychology.
