Farhad Allian

Farhad Allian is a Research Data Engineer at The University of Sheffield, focusing on developing data and software products into research workflows and providing consultations and technical training for researchers and students. Prior to this role, Farhad served as a Lead Coach (Technical) at Multiverse, where support was provided to senior leadership for data-informed decision-making and the creation of pedagogical solutions for the Data Fellowship team. As a Data Science Coach at Multiverse, Farhad developed data analysts and scientists through personalized coaching, teaching critical modules in data ethics, SQL, dashboarding, and machine learning. Farhad holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from The University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Glasgow.
