Jorge Tiago Martins

Jorge Tiago Martins is a Senior Scientist at VTT, specializing in foresight and data economy, with a focus on managing technological innovations and assessing organizational capabilities. At the University of Sheffield, Jorge serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Organisational Informatics, coordinating projects related to strategy and technology innovation management. Previous roles include international expert evaluator for ANI, project director at CIDESC, and junior journalist at TSF Radio News. Jorge holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Sheffield, a PgCert in Learning and Teaching from Sheffield Hallam University, and is an alumnus of the Argonaut Study Programme at the University of Helsinki, in addition to a BSc in Communication from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
