Lucy Lee has extensive experience in researcher development at The University of Sheffield, serving as Head of Researcher Development since 2007 and previously as Researcher Development Manager. Lucy holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and has contributed to the establishment of vital training programs for research staff and the development of the postdoc society. Additionally, Lucy worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, focusing on the survival mechanisms of Campylobacter jejuni, which involved experimental design and data analysis. Lucy was also a member of the CROS/PIRLS Steering Group from 2009 to 2014, ensuring the relevance of career surveys for researcher staff. Educational achievements include a Level 7 Senior Leaders Apprenticeship and an MSc in Management and Strategic Leadership from The University of Sheffield.
