Megan Hubbard

Megan Hubbard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational outreach and support. Currently serving as the Head of Student Experience and Support at The University of Sheffield since June 2022, Megan has previously held significant roles including Head of Widening Participation at The Manchester Metropolitan University and Programme Manager - Data Science at the Education and Skills Funding Agency. Notably, Megan led the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Collaborative Outreach Programme (DANCOP) at the University of Derby, enhancing access to higher education, and managed STEM initiatives as Head of Operations at The Smallpeice Trust, promoting careers in STEM fields. Early career experiences include Outreach Officer at Birmingham City University and various roles in marketing and learner enhancement. Megan holds a BA (Hons) in English Language with Linguistics from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Arts in Education: Leadership and Management from the University of Derby.
