Rachael Finn

Rachael Finn is a Professor of Organisation Studies and the Dean of Sheffield University Management School, positions held since April 2015 and July 2019, respectively. Rachael also served as Interim Dean at Sheffield University Management School. Prior to these roles, Rachael was a Professor at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, from December 2013 to March 2015. Rachael completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Nottingham from 1995 to 1998 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology at the same institution since 2003.
