H. Quincy Brown

H. Quincy Brown is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and technology integration. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Graduate Programs Coordinator for Human Capital Development at The University of Southern Mississippi since August 2014, H. Quincy Brown previously held positions as an Assistant Professor at the same institution and as Director of Integrated Technology at Creative Learning Academy of Pensacola from 2011 to 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Adjunct Instructor at the University of West Florida from 2008 to 2014 and a distinguished tenure as Command Master Chief in the US Navy from 1996 to 2007. H. Quincy Brown holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
