Zhaoxian Zhou

Zhaoxian Zhou serves as the Associate Director and Professor in the School of Computing Sciences and Computer Engineering at The University of Southern Mississippi, where responsibilities include coordinating the CE and EET programs. Since August 2005, Zhaoxian Zhou has held various academic positions at the university, including Associate Professor and Coordinator of Graduate Programs. In addition, Zhaoxian Zhou has been a Program Evaluator for the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) since May 2011. Previous experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at the China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation from July 1991 to October 1997. Zhaoxian Zhou holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of New Mexico, a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
