Isaac Tabner Ph.D.

Isaac Tabner, PhD, CFA, ASIP, DipPFs, serves as a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the University of Stirling since September 2003, with significant academic research in areas including personal financial planning, environmental economics, and corporate finance. Experience includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules on topics such as Financial Statement Analysis and Securities and Investment. In addition to academic duties, Isaac is an Academic Advisor for the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) with CFA UK and a volunteer member of the CFA UK Pensions Expert Panel. Previous roles include serving as a Volunteer Trustee Director at Valley Renewables Group from November 2014 to November 2020. Isaac holds a PhD in Finance and an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Environmental Biology from the University of St Andrews.
