Tanya Lubicz-Nawrocka

Tanya Lubicz-Nawrocka, PhD, is an experienced academic professional currently serving as an Academic Development Partner at the University of Stirling since April 2022. In this role, Tanya oversees the Postgrad Certificate in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education, leads initiatives for learning and teaching enhancement, and mentors colleagues seeking Advance HE Fellowship accreditation. Previous positions include Learning Technologist at the University of Edinburgh, where Tanya guided the development of open educational resources, co-taught in digital education, and contributed to various knowledge exchange and impact projects. With a PhD in Education from the University of Edinburgh and extensive experience in instructional design, project management, and promoting inclusivity and diversity in education, Tanya is committed to advancing teaching practices and fostering collaboration within higher education.
