David Rausch, PhD, SHRM-CP, serves as the Program Director for Leadership and Associate Dean for the College of Health, Education & Professional Studies at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since August 2009. Rausch's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategy & Planning and Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, Associate Provost for Learning Outcomes, Assessment, & Accreditation, and Director & Professor of the Doctoral Program in Learning & Leadership. Prior to this, Rausch held positions at Macomb Community College as Associate Dean of the Center for Teaching & Learning and was the Managing Director at Austin Winslow Group. Rausch's earlier career involved serving as Academic Dean at Davenport University, Chief Learning Officer and President & CEO of Supply North Central Group, and President & CEO at E&J Supply. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama, an MBA from Samford University, a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Andrews University, and a Post-Doctorate in Educational/Instructional Technology from Michigan State University.
