Laure Pou

Laure Pou has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Human Resources at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since 2007, where strategic leadership is provided for the Office of Human Resources. In addition to this role, Laure has held various positions including Executive Director of Human Resources, Interim Executive Director of Human Resources, and Assistant Director of Human Resources within the same office. Laure also has academic experience as Adjunct Faculty in the Psychology Department, and has previously served as Faculty & Lead Faculty Area Chair of Psychology at the University of Phoenix-Chattanooga Campus from August 2009 to May 2013. Laure holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Decision Making and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University.
