Meredyth Ring

Meredyth Ring is the Founder and CEO of Guiding Light Leadership, a position held since July 2023, and serves as an Instructor at the Center for Professional Education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Management and Development Advisor at Inovalon, where organizational leadership development was prioritized, and as a Leadership Development Program Manager, focusing on custom competency-based training. Past positions also include HRIS Analyst at Kenco Group, where technical HR systems expertise was applied, and Organizational Development Practitioner at Erlanger Health System, where program enhancement initiatives were implemented. Ring's earlier career involved workforce planning at U.S. Xpress, along with various roles in academic settings, culminating in a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
