Charles Ozuna is currently a Market Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin's Housing and Dining, coordinating a bi-weekly farmers market and running volunteering sessions with student organizations. In addition, Charles serves as the Vice Chair of Engagement for Texas Blazers, focusing on recruitment and outreach to marginalized communities. Other roles include Print Editor for the Texas Undergraduate Law Journal and Deputy to the Vice President in the University of Texas at Austin Student Government, advocating for students' voices in the College of Liberal Arts. Charles has also been involved in various organizations, including serving as a Peer Mentor in the Plan II Honors program and as Vice President for Voters of Tomorrow. With a commitment to community service, Charles has raised funds for local non-profits and is actively engaged in diversity and inclusion efforts on campus. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors with a focus on History and Philosophy, and has also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Oxford.

Student Government (SG) was established in 1902 to serve as the official voice of the student body at The University of Texas at Austin. All students-including undergraduate and graduate students-are members of Student Government. SG represents the student body to the administration of the University, to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, to the City of Austin, to the Texas Legislature and to the US Congress.
