Ashlyn Hesseltine Ma

Ashlyn Hesseltine MA, LAT, ATC is an experienced athletic trainer currently serving as the Assistant Athletic Trainer for Beach Volleyball at The University of Texas at Austin since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ashlyn was the Head Track and Field Athletic Trainer at the University of Houston Athletics from July 2023 to July 2024. In this position, Ashlyn held the title of Associate Director of Sports Medicine, managing both the Men's and Women's Track and Field teams. Ashlyn's athletic training journey began as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Houston, where extensive responsibilities involved overseeing 102 athletes. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Student Athletic Trainer for the Texas Men's Basketball Team and various positions for athletics at The University of Texas at Austin and McNeil High School. Ashlyn earned a Master of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from The University of Texas at Austin.
