Erin Wike

Erin Wike, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Training and Development Coordinator for the Planning, Design & Construction division at The University of Texas at Austin, a newly created position aimed at fostering innovative spaces for discovery. With extensive experience in career development, Erin has also held various roles at UT Austin, including Campus Talent Specialist and BBA Career Coach and Lecturer at the McCombs School of Business. As a small business owner of Cafe Con Resume, Erin provides career coaching and workshops while having collaborated with major organizations such as Oracle and Indeed. Previous experience includes positions as a Staff Writer for The American Genius, Austin Community Manager at Dabble, and several roles in recruitment and education, complemented by an MBA focused on Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
