Kathryn Flowers

Kathryn Flowers has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations for Data to Insights at The University of Texas at Austin since February 2022, after holding the role of Director of Operations in the same department. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at Dell Medical School, progressing from Assistant Director to Interim Senior Director of Operations & Strategy from November 2017 to February 2022. Additional roles include Events Program Coordinator at TEXAS Extended Campus and Program Manager at Texas 4000 for Cancer. Notable experiences also encompass roles at The Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life and World Wildlife Fund, alongside work in education at Arlington Reads and American Repertory Theater. Kathryn holds a Master of Public Affairs focused on Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & Dance, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
