Patrick R. Mallon

Patrick R. Mallon currently serves as the Director of Academic & Administrative Services at The University of Texas at Austin since November 2022, overseeing a range of functions including academic, administrative, financial, and human resources for a large organization with over 600 employees. Prior to this role, Patrick R. Mallon was the Director of Student Affairs at the University of California San Diego from January 2013 to November 2022, managing the Student Affairs Unit in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, one of the largest departments on campus. In previous positions within UC San Diego, Patrick R. Mallon served as Student Affairs Manager and Graduate Program Coordinator, providing counsel and overseeing various academic and student affairs responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as Client Service Associate at EFILM, and an educational background in American Literature from UCLA.
