Peng T. Ong

Peng T. Ong is a seasoned venture investor with extensive experience in technology startups, particularly in Southeast Asia. As Managing Partner at Monk's Hill Ventures since October 2013, Peng leads venture investments in this region. Peng also serves as Chair at Solve Education! and is a member of the International Board of Advisors at The University of Texas at Austin. Previous roles include Chair of the Investment Committee for the SUTD Endowment and Board Member at Endeavor Indonesia. Additionally, Peng held board positions at Infocomm Investments and Singtel, and was a Venture Partner at GSR Ventures, focusing on early-stage Internet and mobile investments in China. Peng is also recognized for founding Encentuate and has held an executive role at IBM. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
