Rebecca Gavillet

Rebecca Gavillet is an experienced professional in higher education and student affairs, currently serving as the Managing Director of Working Professional MBA Student Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin since September 2013. In this role, Rebecca oversees student affairs and academic advising for WP MBA programs, enhancing the learning community. Prior to this position, Rebecca held roles including Senior Program Coordinator for the MBA+ Leadership Program and Graduate Coordinator for professional Master of Science in Engineering programs. Rebecca's earlier experience includes positions as Community Relations Manager at College of DuPage and Assistant Director of Admissions at Argosy University, among others. Rebecca holds a Ph.D. in Education Leadership & Policy from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s in Education from Argosy University, and a Bachelor's degree from Augustana College in Psychology, Spanish, and Latin American Studies.
