Sarah Sloan

Sarah Sloan is a seasoned professional in social work and mental health, currently serving as a Full Clinical Professor at The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work since February 2025. In addition to this role, Sarah has been the Assistant Dean for Health Affairs since January 2005 and also holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor, focusing on graduate education and field experience. Previous experience includes managing student technology at the Counseling and Mental Health Center and providing therapy at the same facility as a Senior Staff Clinical Social Worker.
