Stephanie Miller Gillen

Stephanie Gillen is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in higher education and systems implementation. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at The University of Texas at Austin since September 2017, Stephanie oversees portfolio project management and leads a team focused on system quality assurance and vendor product support. Prior roles include Principal Project Manager at the same institution, where responsibilities encompassed managing HCM/Payroll system strategies and stakeholder engagement, as well as Project Manager at Peak Performers Austin, specializing in Workday HCM/Payroll implementation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Higher Education Consultant at Brown, Hendrix & Associates and Director of Client Services at Northeastern State University, where leadership in IT support operations and major project initiatives was demonstrated. Stephanie is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Murray State University and holds multiple advanced degrees from Fort Hays State University and Rogers State University.
