Cynthia Heyn

Cynthia Heyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate relations, business management, and smart technology consulting. As the Director of Corporate Relations at The University of Texas at Dallas since September 2021, Cynthia has also been the Founder of SmartNTX since November 2015, focusing on strategic planning and implementation of innovative technologies. With a background in mobile and enterprise applications, Cynthia has served as the Product/Business Management Head at CFH Consulting and as Vice President of Business Development at Amazech. Previous roles include Managing Director at Innov8te Smart Cities Incubator and Solution Project Management Contractor at Nokia Siemens Networks. Additionally, Cynthia held various leadership positions at Ericsson and CFH Consulting, contributing to product development and business strategies for major telecommunications companies. Cynthia holds a BA in Business Administration/Communication Arts from Austin College and completed the Power of Self program.
