Jason Cirilo

Jason Cirilo has extensive experience in career development and recruitment, currently serving as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Professional Development at The University of Texas at Dallas since February 2018. In this role, Jason teaches a Professional Development course for over 200 graduate students each semester and provides one-on-one career coaching to more than 20 students weekly. As a workshop facilitator, Jason creates and delivers multiple professional development sessions covering various career-related topics. Prior to this position, Jason worked at Allstate as a Campus Recruiter and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Recruiter, engaging in strategic recruitment activities and developing professional relationships with universities. Jason holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Walsh College and a BA in Marketing from Northwood University, alongside an AA in Business Administration from Delta College.
