Margo Sallet

Margo Sallet is a finance professional with extensive experience in fiscal management, operations, and research administration. Currently serving as the School Fiscal Officer at The University of Texas at Dallas since October 2023, Margo previously held the position of Director of Finance, Operations and Research Administration at the University of Arizona from January 2010 to October 2023. In that role, responsibilities included managing a budget of approximately $26.5 million, overseeing fiscal operations for over 75 externally funded projects, and leading staff within the Grants Management Team. Margo has also promoted through various positions, including Director of Administrative Operations & Fiscal Officer and Business Manager within the College of Education at the University of Arizona. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Accounting from Northeastern University, Margo’s skills encompass budget preparation, financial reporting, training development, and administrative operations across diverse educational environments.
