Rocio Gallo

Rocio Gallo has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Assistant Director of Finance at the Office of Research and Innovation at The University of Texas at Dallas since August 2014, after progressing through various finance roles within the institution. Previous experience includes positions as a Brokerage Representative at Fidelity Investments and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington. Rocio's earlier roles include supervisory and analytical positions at ABB, Oxy, Texaco, and ExxonMobil. Rocio holds a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Master’s degree in International Financial Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
