Meredith Raine

Meredith Raine has extensive experience in public affairs and communications, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Volunteer Staff at Friends For Life Animal Shelter since January 2020. At The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Meredith Raine has held multiple roles since January 2001, including Assistant Vice President, Executive Director of Public Affairs, and Director of Media Relations, demonstrating a strong background in media relations and university communications. Prior to this, Meredith Raine worked as a freelancer at the Houston Chronicle from 2000 to November 2011. Educational credentials include a degree from West Virginia University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
