Nicole Babineaux

Nicole Babineaux is an experienced recruiter with a strong focus on talent acquisition in educational settings. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since November 2024, Nicole collaborates with hiring managers and search committees to recruit top leadership talent. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Senior Recruiter at the University of Houston, managing over 150 requisitions in the division of Academic Affairs from March 2023 to November 2024. Nicole's earlier experience as a Talent Recruiter at YES Prep Public Schools involved building robust teacher pipelines and establishing meaningful connections with candidates at university career fairs. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Project Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, along with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution.
