Mark L. Schaeffer

Mark L. Schaeffer has extensive experience in safety and risk management, currently serving as the Construction Safety and Risk Management Coordinator at The University of Texas System since July 2009. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Hobbs Group/HRH/Willis as a Senior Risk Control Consultant and at Southwest Chemical Services as the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. Mark also worked as a Safety Specialist at Bell Engineering/CDI Stubbs Overbeck. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Lamar University and an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Lamar Institute of Technology.
