Peter Zamarripa

Peter Zamarripa is an experienced technology manager currently serving as the Manager of Applications Development at The University of Texas System since February 2014, overseeing a Development Team and coordinating with various IT teams and University departments to enhance and support PeopleSoft applications. Prior to this role, Peter held significant positions at Cash America from January 1995 to February 2013, including Vice President of New Systems Development, where Peter managed delivery teams responsible for implementing an enterprise point-of-sale system, and Director of Systems Development, where Peter led a team to improve a production point-of-sale system and successfully reduced the annual ticket volume by 40%.
