Renee Carpenter

Renee Carpenter is an accomplished procurement and contracts professional with extensive experience in various organizational roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of Sourcing & Contracts at The University of Texas System since November 2021, Renee previously held leadership positions at Can Corporation of America, Inc. as Purchasing Manager, and at Good Samaritan Hospital as Director of Purchasing & Materials Management. Earlier career highlights include directing purchasing operations for the County of Berks with an annual budget of $264 million, managing sales functions for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and developing the Contract Administrator role at GAI-Tronics Corporation. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Albright College.
