Stephanie Gil

Stephanie Gil, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Talent at The University of Texas System, leading a team of HR Business Partners in strategic consultative support focusing on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations since April 2015. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at St. David's Medical Center from July 2005 to March 2015 and as a Sr. Recruiter at Kelly Services from 2000 to 2005. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, completed in 2000, with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
