Susan Masson

Susan Masson serves as the Assistant Director of Talent & Innovation Programs at The University of Texas System, a position held since June 2018, where responsibilities also include roles as Innovation Program Manager and Innovation Project Manager. Prior to this, Susan was involved with the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2018, serving in various capacities such as Director of MBA Full-time Career Management and Associate Director of MBA Career Management. In March 2019, Susan acted as an On-Site Coach for the eleventh annual SXSW Pitch. An earlier role included program coordination for the Women in Engineering Program at the University of Texas at Austin, with prior experience at Villanova University as the Assistant Director of International Studies. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theater from Rhodes College, along with various certifications in strengths coaching and intercultural communication.
