Jason Weismueller

Jason Weismueller is a Lecturer and Sessional Lecturer at The University of Western Australia since February 2020, coordinating the postgraduate unit BUSN5003 Data Storytelling and teaching various marketing courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at Power Ledger, where Jason was responsible for understanding business needs, market research, and creating client proposals. Alongside multiple research assistant positions at institutions such as Monash University, Painted Dog Research, and Queensland University of Technology, Jason contributed to numerous academic projects involving data analysis using Python and R. Jason also has a background in corporate banking with GENOBANK ESSEN eG. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Marketing from The University of Western Australia and a Master's degree in Marketing from Brunel University London.
