Marshall Allen

Marshall Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles. As the Founding Partner at Viburnum Funds since 2007, Marshall has also served as a Board Member and Chair of the Business School Advisory Board at The University of Western Australia since August 2020, in addition to holding various directorship positions at Furnace Solutions Pty Ltd, Resolution Systems, Cranecorp Australia, Shelf Subsea, Findex, and MPC Kinetic. Marshall's leadership experience extends to positions such as Non-Executive Chairman at MTi Group and Board Observer at Contract Resources Pty Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, supplemented by a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
