Rachael Penning

Rachael Penning is an experienced professional in government affairs and business development, currently working at the Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development, Government of Western Australia since 2017. Rachael has held multiple roles at the University of Western Australia since 2011, including External Relations/Industry Engagement/Business Development Manager within the Innovation Quarter, focusing on industry engagement and fostering mutual opportunities.
