Prior to that, Pamela worked at United Methodist Publishing House for over 33 years, advancing from Mailing & Duplicating Services Coordinator to Mailing & Duplicating Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing a full-service print shop and mailroom, hiring and training staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Pamela's educational background includes studies at Tennessee State University, Volunteer State Community College, and Austin Peay State University.
