Risto Siilasmaa

Risto Siilasmaa is a prominent technology entrepreneur and investor, known for founding and chairing WithSecure, a company that emerged from F-Secure, where Risto served as CEO until 2006 and has held the chairmanship since then. Risto is also a board member at several companies, including Hamina Wireless, CybExer Technologies, Quanscient, and Pixieray, and serves as chairman of The Upright Project. As a co-founder of First Fellow Partners, Risto engages in startup investments. Risto holds multiple honorary doctorates in technology and has an M.Sc. in industrial engineering and management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, along with significant experience on various advisory boards, including at IESE Business School.
