Steven Montalvo

Steven Montalvo has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant Coach/Defensive Backs for the University of Pikeville Football. In this role, they were responsible for scouting opposing teams, producing and distributing weekly evaluation reports, and developing an off-season player development program. In 2012, they became the Assistant Director of Recruiting for the University of Kentucky Football, where they assisted in signing consecutive record-setting recruiting classes and implemented a systematic approach to evaluating and prioritizing prospective student-athletes. In 2014, they joined the Validus Group as the Director of Real Estate, where they managed a 620,000 SF commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail properties. Theirduties included leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, accounting and marketing, as well as sourcing new tenants, potential acquisitions or investments and managing the company's long-term growth model. Steven also held the role of Business Development Associate.

Steven Montalvo received their Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of South Florida in 2011. Steven then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Kentucky, which they completed in 2014.
