Joshua Fait P.e.

Joshua Fait, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua started their career as a Lead Server/Trainer/Barback/Expeditor at various restaurants from 2003 to 2010. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Valet/Trainer/Server at Hilton Worldwide - Different Pointe of View, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and implementing training procedures. In 2011, they transitioned to the engineering field and worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at ccrd, specializing in healthcare engineering projects. Joshua then joined M+W Group as a Mechanical Engineer III, leading mechanical engineering projects in the science and technology industry. Joshua later worked at Southland Engineering, where they served as a Senior Project Developer/Engineer and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, working on various projects in sectors such as healthcare, data centers, and government. Joshua also gained experience in project development and sales. In 2020, they joined Mazzetti as a Senior Associate, responsible for business development and sales, as well as serving as the PNW Senior Mechanical Engineering Lead. Joshua continued to expand their expertise when they joined WSP USA in 2022 as the Vice President for Oregon and Southern Washington, overseeing property and building projects in sectors such as healthcare and higher education. Finally, in 2023, they started their own consulting firm, JFait Consulting, where they provide engineering consulting services. Joshua Fait has a wealth of experience in engineering, project management, and leadership roles across various industries.

Joshua Fait, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Energy and Environment from Arizona State University. Joshua also studied Engineering at Glendale Community College. In terms of professional certifications, Joshua obtained Professional Registration in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying in January 2022 and from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration in September 2015. Additionally, they hold an OSHA 10-Hour Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, which they obtained in June 2015.
