John Franc

John Franc is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Sales Associate Realtor at The Van Dyk Group since March 2015, John has also been affiliated with Smart Way America Realty since September 2009, specializing in working with both sellers and buyers as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). In addition to expertise in primary and vacation homes in the Pocono Mountains, John's earlier experience includes a role as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker from September 2002 to March 2004. Prior to entering real estate, John was the co-founder and operator of Swiss Bakery & Deli Inc. from September 1976 to October 2001, overseeing a workforce of 35-40 employees. John is a graduate of Lawrence High School and the Pocono Real Estate Academy.
