Delia Ledesma

Delia Ledesma is an Associate Attorney at The Van Winkle Law Firm since June 2021, with prior experience as a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina from June 2018 to November 2021, and as an Attorney At Law at Montford Family Law and McKinney Immigration Law from June 2017 to June 2018 and August 2016 to June 2017, respectively. Delia's legal journey includes a summer legal internship at Church World Service in 2015, focusing on refugee assistance, as well as summer law clerk experience at Legal Aid of North Carolina in 2014. Delia contributed to various roles, including serving as a Conduct Board Member and Sexual Misconduct Board Member at St. Mary's College of Maryland, involving application of codes of conduct and discretion in decision-making.
